Is credit card allowed to pay?: Most of card are allowed.
Let us now the nearest station and airport: Tendo Onsen is 15 minutes walk from Tendo Station, 15 minutes drive from Yamadera Station, 15 minutes drive from Yamagata airport
Any recommended sightseeing spots around the hotel?: There are many spots like Wakamatsu temple, Yamadera, fruit field, and museums. We prepare handouts of the sightseeing information at the lobby.
Can we visit for day trip bath?: Day trip plan is availabe from ＡＭ11：30～ＰＭ14：30. 1,000 Japanese yen for an adult. Every Tuesday is closed for the maintenance.
Any additional fee for a baby?: 2,160 Jaoanese yen for a fee of a baby
Is there any banquet room?: There are some smal and large banquet halls for few people to 80 people. Feel free to ask.
Tell us the menu of cuisine: The menu of dinner and breakfast changes every month.
[dinner] Please enjoy a seasonal Tsuruya special Kaiseki made of Yamagata seasonal food. The menu changes every month.
[breakfast] It is the buffet style. Enjoy our breakfast from Yamagata local food. The rice is TSUYAHIME(local brand).
Tell us the detail about parking: There are 35 parking lots nect to the entrance. Parking is free of charge.
Non-smoking property?: Please refrain from smoking in all of our rooms. We provide with three of the selected spaces for smoking.
What time is Check in and Check out: Check In is at 15:00, Check out is at 10:00. (Some stay packages allowed guests to stay till 11:00)
